Well March came in like a lion!  There is tons of snow in Mammoth and more is headed to our Southern California resorts this week...possibly into next week, too.  What are you waiting for?  Head for the hills!!  Check out the 2006/07 Season Pass Deals and all the other deals we've found for you.......
 
* Mammoth - Snow All Week!!
 
Mammoth has an 13-15' base, they got 22" with the last storm and more snow is expected all week and into the next.     
 
2006/07 MVP Season Pass - you can only purchase one if you are a current passholder (I warned you last year)!  The pass goes on sale 4/1/06 for $485.
 
3/10/06 - Telemark Ski Camp.  This is a 3 day camp. for info., call (760) 934-0685.  Book at (800) Mammoth.
 
Stay 3 nights and get the 4th free - Prices start at $59 per person/double occupancy and requires a Sun. or Mon. arrival.  Offer good 3/5-30/06.
 
Kids Stay Free in March - Up to two kids (ages 12 and younger) per room get lift tickets for each night booked.  Prices start at $135 per adult/per night and the offer is available 3/5-31/06.
 
Parallax Snowcat Dinner - this deal is being offered 3/10 & 11/06.  It includes a snowcat ride to the Parallax restaurant at McCoy Station, a 5 course dinner and wine.  The event is $150 and reservations are required.  Call (800) Mammoth.
 
Multi-day tickets - They have a number of combinations so check the website.  Best deal is a 5 day, Mon.-Fri., off-peak ticket that works out to only $49 per day!!  Adults are $244, youth $183, child $122 and seniors $122.  These tickets are also good at June Mountain.
 
Lift & Lodging Deal - 5 day mid-week packages start from $108 per person per night including a lift ticket.  This offer is valid now through 4/30/06.  Lodging is available at Mammoth Mountain Inn, the Village Lodge, Juniper Springs and Tamarack Lodge.  Minimum 3 night stay.

*June Mountain - 6" from Last Storm!
 
June has a 6-10' base - they got 6" in the last storm!!  Snow is expected all week.  June is a family and snowboarder freindly hill and it's usually less crowded than big sister Mammoth...and it's only 20 minutes past Mammoth!
 
Ticket Prices - Ages 24-64 are $53, ages 19-23 are $48, ages 13-18 are $41 and ages 7-12 and 65-79 are $28.  Visit the website for multiday ticket offerings - they have several combinations to save you money - the more days you buy, the cheaper the per day price.

*Mountain High - Faultline Revamped
 
Mountain High has a 12-30" base.  They should get 4" on Friday and 5" on Saturday!!  Enter on-line for free tickets and a chance to win a Toyota!  Reservations always recommended.

Ralph's Ticket Deal - Ralph's Supermarket Card Members can purchase lift tickets for $43 (a $15 savings).  These tickets are not valid 1/14-16/06 or 2/18-20/06 but they are good every other day from now through 3/21/06!
 
North Pole Tubing Park - Mt. High bought out the old Ski Sunrise hill across the street and they made it into a snow play area - tickets are $15 for 2 hrs. or $30 all day.
 
Express Pass - get one of these when you buy a lift ticket at the mountain.  They are free and you can save $5 on 4hr and 8hr tickets including hands-free access when activated beforehand - no more lift lines and you save - nice deal!  Some restrictions apply.
 
Quad discount ticket card - this is a deal for night and late season tickets only.  For $75, you get four fully transferable tickets valid 7 nights per week.  On 4/1/06, any unused tickets become 8-hour tickets valid day or night through the end of the season.  This deal works out to $18.75 per ticket - such a deal.  This deal is only available via their website or at selected sport shops (see the website for locations).  Sale ends 3/19/06.
 
3-Peat for Success - this is a beginner (ages 13 and up) package for $99 that gives you 3 days of 1 hour, 45 minute lessons, rental equipment and lower mountain lift tickets.  You don't have to use the package on consecutive days either!  On the 3rd day, you can upgrade your lift ticket to an all-mountain lift ticket for only $10 plus you get a free 8-hour, non-holiday lift ticket after the 3rd lesson.  Offer only available on-line or at sport shops.  Some restrictions apply.  Sale ends 3/19/06.

*Big Bear Mountain Resorts - 2006/07 Screamin' Deal Season Pass
 
Both Bear and Summit have a 2-5' base.  they got 12" from the last storm.  They expect off and on snow showers through next week.  Reservations are recommended.  
 
2006/07 Screamin' Deal Season pass on sale and you can start using it beginning 3/13/06!!  It's even good for summer scenic rides and of course, it's good all next season.  It pays for itself in only five visits!  It's only $249 until 5/30/06 - after that, the price goes up.

Mt. Baldy hads a 12" base and they got 1-3" from the last storm.  They are blowing snow daily and they should get snow this week!
