Hello Sliders, More Southern California resorts open this week - see June Mountain and Mt. Baldy below. If that weren't enough, Mammoth and Snow Summit have top to bottom runs now ready for you! We have found lots of deals and some nice events - what are you waiting for? Head for the hills for these deals......
Mammoth - Open Top to Bottom! Mammoth has a 2-3' base and they expect snow through Thursday. Clear skies are predicted for the weekend. Juniper Spring Holiday Rates - During the period of 12/16-26/05, book a condo at Juniper Springs and save 30% off the holiday rate. A one bedroom condo is $150 per person/per night, double occupancy with a minimum 2 night stay. December De-lights at the Village - 12/9/05 from 3-6 pm enjoy caroling, Santa (including photos with the big guy), gift wrapping services, Christmas stories, entertainment and s'mores with Wooly. 3-day Pak and Pipe Camp - Improve your terrain technique.....this camp will run from 12/9-12/05. January Midweek Madness - Lodging packages start at $99 and you must stay a minimum of 2 nights.l Each guest gets one lift ticket for each paid night. If you only need lift tickets then visit the ticket booths and pick yours up for $49! Mammoth Gold Pass - adult $1,300, youth $975, child $650 and senior $650 - no restrictions. Good at June Mountain, too. Mammoth Mid-week Pass - adult $575, youth $435, child $290 and senior $290. Good Mon.-Fri. with some blackout dates during holidays - good at June Mountain. June Mountain - Opens 12/1/05 June has a base of 1-2'. They should get snow through Thursday and experience a clear weekend. Season Pass - This pass has no blackouts or restrictions. Adults (24-64) are $325, young adults (19-23) are $290, teens (13-18) are $250 and child/seniors (7-12 and 65-79) are $170. Sale ends 12/15/05. College Pass - This pass is only $99 for full time college students enrolled in a minimum of 12 units - you must being proof (a current class schedule or registration showing the 12 or more units and a current college I.D.) to pick your pass up. Mountain High - Lots of Ticket Options Mountain High has 12-24" base and they are making snow when they can. No new natural snow is expected through the weekend. 6-Pack discount ticket card - $179 gets you six 8-hour lift tickets good any day or night, non-holiday. Works out to $30 per ticket! Tickets are transferable so go ahead and work out a trip with your family and friends. These tickets are available only through the Mt. High on-line store or at certain sport shops (check the website for shop locations). Tickets are good all season but they are only on sale until 1/1/06. Some restrictions apply. Quad discount ticket card - this is a deal for night and late season tickets only. For $75, you get four fully transferable tickets valid 7 nights per week. On 4/1/06, any unused tickets become 8-hour tickets valid day or night through the end of the season. This deal works out to $18.75 per ticket - can't get any better than that, huh? This deal is only available via their website or at selected sport shops (see the website for locations). Sale ends 3/19/06. 3-Peat for Success - this is a beginner (ages 13 and up) package for $99 that gives you 3 days of 1 hour, 45 minute lessons, rental equipment and lower mountain lift tickets. You don't have to use the package on consecutive days either! On the 3rd day, you can upgrade your lift ticket to an all-mountain lift ticket for only $10 plus you get a free 8-hour, non-holiday lift ticket after the 3rd lesson. Offer only available on-line or at sport shops. Some restrictions apply. Sale ends 3/19/06. Mountain Access Card - this $19 card will set you up to never have to stand in a ticket line because your lift tickets automatically get charged to your credit card. Benefits include $10 off adult 8-hour lift tickets, $5 off adult night lift tickets, hands free access and guaranteed admittance during sellouts.
Events for 12/10/05 - Forum Youngbloods and Bullwheel Pyramid Ale promotion from 1-8 pm. Early Season rates - $35 for a 4-hour adult pass, $40 for an 8-hour adult pass, $30 night adult pass (5-10 pm), $20 child pass (7-12), kids under 6 are free with paying adult. Freedom Pass - this pass Is Now $499 and it's an "anytime pass." If you renew last years pass online, you save $10!! Ski/ride free on your birthday with valid photo I.D. Police/Fire/Military discount -Qualified personnel must show valid photo I.D. to get $7 off 8-hour lift tickets, non-holidays. This discount is not transferable and there are some restrictions.

Big Bear Mountain Resorts - 3 Top to Bottom Runs Now Open Snow Summit is open but Bear is not (at least yet). Bear season passes will be honored at Snow Summit until Bear is open. Summit has a 12" base and they are making snow 24/7. No natural snow is expected through the weekend. Winter Season Pass - this is a dual mountain pass. Mt. Baldy - Open! Club Card - for $149, you get to ski/ride for $15 per day and you can buy your friends and family tickets for only $25. You can also get lessons at 1/2 off. The only catch is you must reserve tickets on-line at least 1 day prior to heading up the mountain. Season Passes - Anytime passes for ages 16 and up are $575, ages 15 and below are $275.
