Details:
An excellent day despite some holiday crowds. Longest wait was getting out of the parking lot at the end of the day. We got to the backside early and first took one long traverse and later climbed Thimble Peak for a few fresh tracks. After lunch everything off Wagonwheel was great, with minimal waiting. There were a few chutes open due to the current deep base which I had not skied before . Surface was carvable packed powder everywhere even though weather was sunny.
