Details:

Wow, quite a bit of terrain was open (relative to my experiences at Sierra
yesterday and Northstar two weeks ago :)

Snow was holding up well, seems like Kirkwood has been doing a good job of
blowing it as much as possible.  But again, don't be stupid like me.  Stay on
marked open trails if you don't want wanna hack up your board or skis.
