Details:

Yesh!  6-12 inches!  i can deal with that - even if i missed first tracks. 
There was still plenty of fresh on the edges of the runs, and in the trees
(although my board has more than a few rock/branch scratches for my efforts). 
Things got a little chunky on the backside, but cold weather kept the snow
pretty soft.  Some of the best stuff i found was off of Vista - groomers that
stayed smooth, and virtually untracked trees between them.
